lntegra Wellbeing & Performance is lead by power couple Cindy & George Downey based in Felixstowe, Suffolk.
Together, they lead Integra Wellbeing & Performance, helping leaders and teams create stronger alignment between ambition, relationships and wellbeing.
With more than 40 years of combined experience, they have worked in leadership positions across the armed forces, prison services, overseas operations and NHS national emergency response. They understand first-hand the realities of responsibility, sustained pressure and high-stakes decision-making — and the impact these demands can have on performance, relationships and wellbeing.
Their approach is grounded in lived experience, not theory alone.
They believe exceptional leadership and strong partnerships are built through trust, communication and resilience developed over time. Having both stepped away from successful careers to fully dedicate themselves to supporting others, they understand the courage it takes to grow, adapt and lead differently.

After 20 years of dedicated service as a hazardous area response team paramedic, I’m stepping into a new chapter.
Alongside years in custody and as a mental health nurse, I’ve built a deep capacity to thrive in high-stress environments.
At Integra, I translate these hard-earned lessons into tailored coaching for the corporate world. I help business leaders and teams make dynamic decisions by harnessing the paramedic mindset, being calm under pressure, decisive, and adaptable.
Whether through one-on-one coaching or dynamic keynote speaking, I bring a grounded, pragmatic approach that empowers organisations to lead with confidence, resilience, and clarity in every moment.
